核桃脱青皮技术,关系到核桃商品质量的优劣.目前生产上采用的堆积后熟法,因青皮腐烂严重,导致果核污染面积大,污染率高.经过用乙烯利喷洒处理:乙烯利浓度为200、400、600、800、1000、1200PPm、重复两次、试验结果:以1200PPm处理较好.采收时裂皮率99.0%,落叶率70%;归法(堆积后熟法)脱皮的核桃有46.7%的核面呈微黑色,30.6%核面有局部污染,核仁变质率达7%.一级核桃仅占33.2%,二级占13.8%,三级占53.0%.新法(采后乙烯利催熟),
