为了摸清现有水利设施的情况,切实做好今冬和近期的水利工作,江西省瑞昌县水利局组织了一个水利调查组,去洪岭公社进行了一次全面调查。洪岭公社地处丘陵,境内有横港河、乌石河环绕,水源充沛,蓄水、引水、提水灌溉的条件都比较好。解放后,特别是合作化、公社化以来,水利工作发展很快,取得了很大成绩。先后兴建水库15座、各种塘堰18座,安装抽水机5台,目前全社已有各种水利设施133处。工程蓄水量已由解放前的105万立方米增加到218万立方米,基本保收面积已
