应用不同分离方法,在同一大鼠身上成功地获得大量高纯度的单核细胞、肝枮否细胞,脾、肺和腹腔内的巨噬细胞。肿瘤细胞增殖抑制实验表明:未经激活的以上五种效应细胞体外均能明显地抑制人肝癌细胞的~3H-TdR的掺入,而具有自然肿瘤细胞增殖抑制作用。作用强弱与效/靶细胞比率不同有关。比较各种效应细胞对瘤细胞的抑制作用,发现它们之间存在显著的差异,其中以枯否细胞抑瘤作用最强,其抑制率高达90%,单核细胞最弱。机体中数量庞大的单核巨噬细胞系统具有自然抑瘤作用,对单核巨噬细胞的更深入研究将为进一步阐明肿瘤免疫监视机制提供更充实的理论依据,以期为肿瘤免疫治疗开辟新的途径。
