本文报告60例LE(SLE49例,DLE11例)腮腺造影阳性率为93.3%,除低于典型皮疹外,高于其它外分泌腺损害以及各主要临床表现和免疫学异常的发生率。本资料表明LE中腮腺病变发生率高,结合LE的其它主要表现有诊断意义。
This article reports 60 cases of LE (SLE49 cases, DLE11 cases) parotid gland positive rate was 93.3%, except lower than the typical rash, higher than other exocrine lesions and the main clinical manifestations and immunological abnormalities. The data show that the incidence of parotid lesions in LE high, combined with other major manifestations of LE have diagnostic significance.
