基于微孔保温建筑材料原理新开发出一种新型微孔保温毯,同时开发出一种与其成分相近(约70%组成相同)的耐高温无机硅酸盐胶粘剂。研究结果表明:该无机胶粘剂和新型微孔保温毯在分子结构层面上的相似相容性,能得到保温效果更优、胶接强度更大且胶接工艺更简便的保温体系;将新型微孔保温毯和常规陶瓷纤维毯分别用于乙烯裂解炉内壁的保温敷盖时,前者保温厚度虽为后者的1/2,但前者的冷面温度、全年间热能损失却低于后者12℃、37%,并且前者的炉龄比后者提高了100%。
Based on the principle of microporous insulation materials, a new type of microporous thermal insulation blanket has been newly developed. At the same time, a high temperature resistant inorganic silicate adhesive similar in composition (about 70% of composition) has been developed. The results show that: the inorganic adhesive and the new micro-porous thermal insulation blanket in the molecular structure of the similar compatibility, can get better insulation effect, bonding strength and bonding process more convenient insulation system; the new micro-porous Thermal insulation blanket and conventional ceramic fiber blanket were used for thermal insulation coating of ethylene cracker inner wall, although the former insulation thickness of the latter 1/2, but the former cold surface temperature, heat loss throughout the year was lower than the latter 12 ℃ , 37%, and the former has a 100% increase in furnace age.
