患婴女性,第3胎第3产。妊娠40周,自然分娩,产程正常,脐带及胎盘无异常。出生Apgar评分10分,体重3,200g,身长50cm。体检:神萎,口唇及皮肤苍白,全身无浮肿及黄疸,胸腹部散在细小瘀点,胸腹腔无积液征。两肺音清。心音正常,无杂音,心率120次/分。腹软,肝肋下6.5cm,剑突下5cm,质中,表面光滑无结节。脾肋下4.5cm,质软。指趾端较凉。拥抱反射存在。拟诊为新生儿贫血(溶
