提出了针对多流中间包流动特征的数学模型,给出了绘制停留时间分布(RTD)曲线的标准及其相关计算的规范;明确了“死区”的特性,并计算了其体积分数;模型中考虑到了短路流,指出计算短路流的方法.模型可以更好地刻画活塞流的流动特性.
A mathematic model for multi-flow tundish flow characteristics is proposed. The standard of drawing dwell time distribution (RTD) curve and its related calculation specification are given. The characteristics of “dead zone ” are defined and their volume fraction The short-circuit flow is considered in the model and the method of calculating short-circuit flow is given. The model can better characterize the flow characteristics of the plug flow.
