本文对牛蒡子及其伪品木香果实、新疆牛蒡子进行了电泳鉴别,并对考马斯亮兰G—250和考马斯亮兰R—250的染色效果进行了对比实验。
In this paper, electrophoresis identification of Arctium lappa and its pseudo-woody fruit and Xinjiang Arctiin were carried out, and the staining experiments of Coomassie brilliant blue G-250 and Coomassie brilliant blue R-250 were compared.
