四川省古蔺县二郎滩,是著名的红军“四渡赤水”重要渡口之一。改革开放以后,二郎滩上崛起的大型企业——郎酒集团更为这片土地增添了新的光彩。然而,近几年来,二郎镇仅有四名警员的小小派出所,从所长、副所长到民警,就有三个沦为“恶警”!他们在这片光荣而富饶的土地上播种罪恶,或大搞刑讯逼供,毒打无辜群众;或收受金钱,徇私枉法,纵容包庇犯罪分子。种种罪行让警徽蒙垢,人民愤怒!
