科学发展视野里的当代中国核心价值观是以人为本的集体主义,它以人的生存、发展和幸福为目标,以人与自己、人与人、人与自然和谐发展的公正的集体主义即进取互利为基础,以奉献为价值导向。静态地看,构成了当代中国“最大多数人最大幸福”的规范(制度)体系;动态地看,内在地生成了当代中国“最大多数人最大幸福”的科学发展过程。
