目的:研究不同胁迫条件对虎杖叶愈伤组织白藜芦醇含量的影响。方法:分别采用低温、热休克、紫外辐射、高盐、真菌诱激子、水杨酸(SA)、茉莉酸甲酯(MJ)处理虎杖叶愈伤组织,HPLC测定其中白藜芦醇的含量。结果:经过低温、紫外辐射、真菌诱激子、SA处理,白藜芦醇含量分别提高38%、20%、24%和18%(P<0.01),而热休克、NaCl高盐和MJ处理后,白藜芦醇含量与对照无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:适当的胁迫条件能促进虎杖叶愈伤组织中白藜芦醇的合成。
Objective: To study the effects of different stress conditions on the content of resveratrol in Polygonum cuspidatum callus. Methods: The callus of Polygonum cuspidatum was treated with low temperature, heat shock, ultraviolet radiation, high salt, fungal inducer, salicylic acid (SA) and methyl jasmonate (MJ) respectively. The content of resveratrol . Results: The content of resveratrol increased by 38%, 20%, 24% and 18% (P <0.01) after low temperature, UV radiation, fungal exciton, SA treatment, After resveratrol content and control no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Appropriate stress conditions can promote the synthesis of resveratrol in Polygonum cuspidatum callus.
