传统的会阴皮肤伤口是以丝线外缝为主,产妇需住院直到伤口愈合拆线,在床位紧张的情况下往往造成病人住院难。我院于1987年10月～1988年元月四个月内,在接生的过程中对会阴皮肤伤口试行0/3的羊肠线作皮内缝合共计159例(以下简称皮内),不用拆线,产妇可提前出院;并与同期会阴皮肤伤口丝线外缝104例(以下简称外缝组),进行回顾性分析如下。
