存在的问题标准试样及试样制法在进行显微局部定量分析时首先碰到的问题是标准试样及分析试样的质量。特别是粉末材料,很难使所有元素都分布均匀。这是妨碍定量分析矿物及其它无机化合物试样的重要因素。通常都是把金属或氧化物等粉末直接或混入石墨粉中压缩成为块状试样。除此之外,还试验了如下几种方法:1)用无水硅酸稀释并用酚醛树脂加热硬化;2)把硅酸粉末放于高温炉中,熔融为玻璃状,或者把氧化物、氟化物等粉末碾碎混合并用
