由于就业关系到广大人民群众的生存和经济的发展,这也使我国公共就业服务得以快速发展。公共就业服务作为一项社会服务,离不开科学技术的支持。将电子信息技术引入到公共就业服务领域中来,不仅可以对公共就业服务信息产品进行改进,而且也能够改变公共就业服务的运作方式,有利于更好的收集劳动力市场信息,提高电子化劳动力交流水平,使公共就业服务对象能够自主选择,促进安置服务的发展。文中分析从公共就业服务信息运行环境、网络平台、信息数据库及信息系统等方面的建设对我国公共就业服务信息化发展进行了具体阐述。
