目的 :进一步验证桂参止痛合剂治疗癌性疼痛的有效性及安全性。方法 :采取双盲对照试验方法及适当设立开放组 ,先后共观察 418例患者 ,其中双盲对照试验组 2 0 4例 ,对照组 114例 ,开放组 10 0例。结果 :该药对中度以上癌性疼痛 ,有效缓解率达 73.5 3% ,同时具有改善肿瘤患者临床症状、提高生活质量的作用。结论 :此药是目前比较理想的治疗中重度癌性疼痛的中药 Objective: To further verify the effectiveness and safety of Guishenzhitong mixture in the treatment of cancer pain.
