加工贸易是一个国家参与国际分工的重要方式之一,也是我国对外贸易的重要组成部分,在引进外资、扩大出口、增加就业、保持外汇平衡、促进产业结构的调整升级等方面有着重要作用。在后金融危机时期,我国的加工贸易在竞争性和结构性等方面出现了一系列问题。因此,分析我国加工贸易所面临的机遇和挑战,完善加工贸易政策,是推进我国加工贸易升级转型的必然之路。
Processing trade is one of the important ways for a country to participate in international division of labor. It is also an important part of China’s foreign trade and plays an important role in attracting foreign investment, expanding exports, increasing employment, maintaining foreign exchange balance, and promoting the adjustment and upgrading of the industrial structure. In the post-financial crisis period, a series of problems appeared in the processing trade of our country in terms of competition and structure. Therefore, analyzing the opportunities and challenges confronting China’s processing trade and perfecting the processing trade policies are the necessary ways to promote the upgrading and transformation of China’s processing trade.
