本试验目的在于研究将离子注入新工艺直接试探进行工业性生产试验,以检验其实际使用效果。为此,便择宜选用了进行批量生产的、量大而面广的、由碳化钨基硬质合金制成的拉丝模,并用氮离子注入后,在上海第二钢铁厂进行了对比性拉丝生产试验;并经多次拉丝试验后,终于取得了良好的结果,即拉丝模经氮离子注入后,成倍地提高了其使用寿命。最后,对离子注入碳化钨基硬质合金材料制拉丝模之耐磨机理,也作了简要的初步的分析和讨论。
The purpose of this experiment is to study the new ion implantation process to test the industrial production test to test the actual effect.
