本文研究35MnVN锻造用非调质钢高温形变再结晶行为,以及形变工艺对金相组织的影响.试验结果表明,35MnVN钢发生再结晶的临界形变量较大,形变温度,形变量对再结晶数量影响较小,形变温度>1100℃发生动再结晶,形变温度<950℃不发生再结晶,形变温度在1000~1050℃间为静再结晶区,易产生混晶组织.不同形变工艺下,金相组织中的铁素体、珠光体及贝氏体的形态及数量不同。
