随着网络时代向数字时代的转变,电视事业的硬件建设也日新月异,并推动着电视事业快速发展。但与技术支持形成鲜明对照的是,电视专业人才的稀缺已日益成为制约电视事业发展的“瓶颈”。一方面人员过剩,一方面又缺乏能人的矛盾状况成为许多电视台面临的共性问题。导致这一共性问题产生的根源是软环境的改造滞后。软环境涵盖了观念、制度、政策、机制、体制、公共关系等一系列元素。如何改造、组合、运用这些元素,对电视事业发展的作用与影响至关重要。
With the transition from the Internet age to the digital age, the hardware construction of the TV industry is also changing with each passing day, and the rapid development of the television industry is promoted. However, in sharp contrast with the technical support, the scarcity of television professionals has increasingly become the “bottleneck” restricting the development of the television industry. On the one hand, over-staffing and the lack of ambivalence on the one hand have become common issues that many television stations face. The root cause of this common problem is the lag of transformation of the soft environment. Soft environment covers concepts, systems, policies, mechanisms, institutions, public relations and a series of elements. How to transform, combine and use these elements is crucial to the development and impact of television.
