与家电、汽车等行业相比,年产值只有区区500亿元的中国乳业实在算不上什么大产业。但是国家质检总局最近进行的普查结果表明,在这个行业里聚集的乳品企业却多达2700余家,其中绝大多数是中小企业。 连续多年的高速扩张,让中国乳业“僧多粥少”的矛盾一段时间内并没有明显地表现出来,但是随着整个乳业增速的放缓或者趋于稳定,市场的竞争已经空前激烈起来了,而这对于在竞争中处于不利地位的中小乳品企业来说不谛于是一个梦魇。 以前被掩盖了的问题全都浮出了水面,中小乳品企业不得不直面从未遇到过的危机和困境。问题的症结何在?如何摆脱困境?怎样才能实现持续发展?
Compared with the household appliances, automobiles and other industries, the annual output value of only 50 billion yuan in China’s dairy industry is really not a big industry.
