目的观察刺梨对D -半乳糖致衰老小鼠肝细胞线粒体损伤的保护作用。方法小鼠颈背部皮下注射D -半乳糖建立衰老模型 ,同时刺梨保护组灌服刺梨汁 ,36天后取肝脏制备透射电镜样品 ,对肝细胞线粒体采用体视学中体密度 (Vv)、面数密度 (NA)指标进行分析。结果刺梨保护组肝细胞线粒体体密度、面数密度与正常对照组接近 ,而明显高于衰老模型组 (P <0 0 1、P <0 0 5 )。结论刺梨对D -半乳糖致衰老小鼠肝细胞线粒体的损伤具有保护作用。
Objective To observe the protective effect of Rosa roxburghii on mitochondria injury of hepatocytes induced by D-galactose in aging mice. METHODS: The aging model was established by subcutaneous injection of D-galactose into the cervical spine of mice, and the thorn pear protection group was fed with thorn pear juice. After 36 days, the liver was sampled for preparation of transmission electron microscopy. Stereology medium density (Vv) was used for hepatocyte mitochondria. Surface density (NA) indicators are analyzed. Results The mitochondrial body density and surface number density of liver cells in the protection group were similar to those in the normal control group, but significantly higher than those in the aging model group (P <0 01, P <0 05). Conclusion Rosa roxburghii has a protective effect on mitochondrial damage of hepatocytes in aging mice induced by .
