目的了解病人对护理人员心理品质的要求。方法自制调查问卷对住院病人进行护理人员心理品质要求调查分析。结果病人对护理人员的正性要求是工作认真负责 ,技术水平高 ,性格活泼开朗、外向 ,重视外表 ;最担心护理人员操作不认真 ,最讨厌态度恶劣的护理人员 ,最瞧不起待人恶劣、不爱岗敬业的护理人员 ,最忌讳当面训斥病人 ,最恨不负责任的护理人员。结论护理人员要加强自身道德修养 ,塑造良好的性格 ,全面提升自身素质以适应社会需求。
Objective To understand the patient’s psychological quality requirements for nursing staff. Methods Self - made questionnaires on inpatients psychological quality of care workers survey and analysis. Results The patient’s positive requirements for nursing staff are serious and responsible work, high technical level, lively and cheerful personality, extrovert and emphasis on appearance. The nursing staff who are most concerned about the carelessness of the nursing staff and the most disgruntled attitudes are the worst, Kong dedicated nurses, the most taboo face to scold patients, most hated irresponsible nursing staff. Conclusion Nurses should strengthen their own moral cultivation, create a good character, and comprehensively enhance their own quality to meet the needs of society.
