中药１号治疗ＳＩＶｍａｃ感染猴２只，给药６周。结果：治疗组病毒血症在感染后４周消失，对照组病毒血症持续至１４周。淋巴结病理组织学显示，治疗组淋巴结滤泡数量较多，淋巴组织修复较好，结构基本保持原来状态。对照组淋巴结滤泡数量减少，并有滤泡耗竭现象。中药１号治疗模型猴２只，给药８周。结果：病毒学检查治疗和不治疗的猴无差异。淋巴结病理组织学表明，治疗猴淋巴结的结构和滤泡有明显修复现象。对照猴淋巴滤泡大量减少，出现滤泡耗竭和纤维化现象，并死亡１只。
Chinese medicine No. 1 SIVmac infected monkeys 2, 6 weeks. Results: The treatment group viremia disappeared 4 weeks after infection, while the control group viremia persisted to 14 weeks. Histopathology of lymph nodes showed that there were more lymphoid follicles in the treatment group, lymphoid tissue repair was better, and the structure basically remained the same. The control group reduced the number of lymph node follicles, and follicular depletion phenomenon. Chinese medicine treatment of model 1, 2 monkeys, for 8 weeks. Results: There was no difference between virological and untreated monkeys. Lymphatic histopathology showed that the treatment of lymphoid lymph nodes in the structure and significant repair of the phenomenon of follicles. Control monkey lymphoid follicles were significantly reduced, with follicular depletion and fibrosis, and 1 death.
