目的探讨端粒酶hTERT、P53及Ki-67在星形细胞瘤组织中的表达与病理分级的关系。方法应用组织芯片技术,链霉菌抗生物素蛋白—过氧化物酶(SP)免疫组织化学法检测56例不同级别的星形细胞瘤及10名正常脑组织中3种蛋白的表达情况。结果端粒酶hTERT、P53及Ki-67蛋白表达的阳性率分别为45.0%(25/56)、53.6%(30/56)、64.2%(36/56),三者的表达均随肿瘤级别的增高而增高,端粒酶hTERT、P53的表达与Ki-67表达呈正相关。结论端粒酶hTERT、P53及Ki-67基因的蛋白表达与肿瘤细胞的分化程度有关,可作为星形细胞瘤恶性程度的重要标记物。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of telomerase hTERT, P53 and Ki-67 in astrocytoma and pathological grading. Methods Tissue microarray technique was used to detect the expression of three proteins in 56 different grades of astrocytomas and 10 normal brain tissues by streptavidin - peroxidase (SP) immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rates of telomerase hTERT, P53 and Ki-67 were 45.0% (25/56), 53.6% (30/56) and 64.2% (36/56), respectively. The expression of hTERT, The expression of telomerase hTERT, P53 was positively correlated with the expression of Ki-67. Conclusion The expression of hTERT, P53 and Ki-67 in telomerase is related to the degree of differentiation of tumor cells and may be used as an important marker of malignancy of astrocytoma.
