在探讨经贸应用型人才基本内涵的基础上,通过对普通高校经贸应用型人才评价维度体系构建的基本原则和思路的分析,确定“普通高校经贸应用型人才教育效果”为目标层,专业素质和非专业素质为一级维度,学习能力、实践能力、创新能力、道德品质、情商和财商等6个要素为二级维度,形成共3个等级的经贸应用型人才评价维度体系。这为今后具体的、详细的、有针对性的应用型人才评价指标体系的构建奠定一定的理论基础。
On the basis of discussing the basic connotation of economic and trade applied talents, through the analysis of the basic principle and train of thought of constructing evaluation dimension system of economic and trade applied talents, Quality and non-professional quality as a first-class dimension, learning ability, practical ability, innovation ability, moral quality, emotional intelligence and financial business as the second level of six elements, forming a total of three levels of economic and trade evaluation personnel application system dimensions. This laid the theoretical foundation for the construction of a specific, detailed and targeted evaluation system of applied talents in the future.
