本文研究了內燃机活塞用共晶Al-Si合金磷变质剂的选择及其对材料性能的影响。在所研究的八种磷变质剂中,发现磷复合变质剂(简称SR813)的效果最佳。共晶Al-Si合金经该种变质剂处理后,金相组织中初晶硅尺寸适中,分布均匀,共晶硅呈短杆状,α枝晶基本消失,故合金材料的线膨胀系数降低,高温性能、耐磨性能显著提高,同时铸造性能亦得到改善。文中还对磷复合变质剂各组元的作用进行了初步的探讨,认为磷、硫为起变质作用的主要组元,铝粉起缓冲剂作用,氯化钠有净化铝液和促进变质的效果。
In this paper, the choice of eutectic Al-Si alloy phosphorus modifier for piston of internal combustion engine and its influence on material properties were studied. Among the eight phosphorus modifiers studied, it was found that phosphorus compound modifier (SR813 for short) had the best effect. The eutectic Al-Si alloy treated by this kind of modifier, the primary phase silicon in the microstructure is moderate in size and uniform in distribution, the eutectic silicon is in a short rod shape and the α dendrite basically disappears, so the linear expansion coefficient of the alloy material is reduced, High temperature performance, wear resistance significantly improved, while casting performance has also been improved. In this paper, the effect of each component of phosphorous composite modifier is also discussed. It is believed that phosphorus and sulfur are the main components of metamorphism. Aluminum powder acts as a buffering agent. Sodium chloride can purify aluminum liquid and promote metamorphism .
