患者师某某,女性,43岁,农民。以进行性智能减退和肢体运动障碍3年加重半年之主诉於1991年10月26日入院。3年因其男婴被移送他人而忧愁不欢。后渐被家人发现动作缓慢,记忆差,淡漠少言,对家务无计划不主动,一年后右半身动作笨拙,行步欠稳,且有视物模糊感,淡漠迟钝渐趋加重,且间发抽搐,或呈单侧阵挛样或如大发作样,与半年前初诊时相比,入院时痴呆和抽搐均明显加重。病前无头外伤和中毒史,亦未曾发热,无特殊预防接种史,家族中无类似病患者。

No head injury and poisoning before the disease history, nor fever, no special vaccination history, no similar family of patients.
