本文讨论了精炼脱氧技术中几个容易混淆的概念和模糊问题。对这几个概念正确的理解和合理的表达提出了看法。认为:应当将钢中的总氧量与熔解氧含量分别表示,溶解氧含量已被接受的正确表示方法为[O]或,总氧量合理的表示方法应为T.O;真空不是获得低氧钢的必要条件,低氧钢的获得是靠最后的铝脱氧实现的。在低氧范围内,用铝脱氧可以获得比真空碳脱氧更大的脱氧速度;为了获得低氧钢,精炼时存在一个防止卷渣增氧的临界搅拌功率。获得低氧钢不需要很大的搅拌功率,低氧钢的生产厂家所使用的搅拌功率一般控制在50~100W/t。最佳搅拌功的提法是不合适的。
This article discusses several confusing concepts and ambiguities in the refining deoxygenation technique. Proposed views on the correct understanding and reasonable expression of these concepts. It is believed that the correct indication of the total oxygen content and the dissolved oxygen content in the steel and the dissolved oxygen content, respectively, should be expressed as [O] or T, and the total oxygen content should be T. O; vacuum is not a necessary condition to obtain low oxygen steel, low oxygen steel is obtained by the final aluminum deoxidation achieved.
