幼儿园片区教研层级管理是以教研为抓手,充分发挥大小片区的作用,深入、覆盖、惠及片区内的每一所幼儿园,以提高幼儿园的保教质量,提升办园品质。通过行政部门出台政策,规划片区层级管理,明确分工;教研部门部署计划,跟踪片区教研实施,考量大小片长落实措施;大片区领衔园面向全体,因园施研;小片区乡镇中心园研究本土课程,各展特色等有效策略,努力实现城乡、公民办幼儿园教育均衡发展的目标。
