培育早熟香菇品种,可以缩短生产周期,增加空间利用率,提高经济效益。我们根据杂种一代香菇细胞仅仅发生质配,而杂种子二代香菇细胞才发生核基因重组的原理,利用福建三明真菌研究所杂种子一代香菇株Cr-07,进行单孢分离,不同单孢菌丝配对,和对F_2菌株的筛选,获得五株适合于棉籽皮代料栽培的早熟品系。材料和方法菌株福建三明真菌研究所香菇杂种Cr-07和日本香菇7402。Cr-07系由7402和福建本地香菇Lc-01杂交育成,属中高温出菇型菌株,中叶品种。
