本文采用试管法研究了茶毒蛾黑卵蜂Telenomuseuproctidois的功能反应。结果表明,在不同温度条件下茶毒蛾黑卵蜂对寄主茶毒蛾Euproctispseudoconspersa卵的寄生作用均符合HolingⅡ型反应模型,其搜寻效率与温度之间的关系可用抛物线方程来描述,即y=-8.8713+0.7695x-0.0139x2,而处理速率与温度则呈线性相关,即y=-14.0468+1.3146x;不同蜂龄的茶毒蛾黑卵蜂,仅羽化后第2天的寄生作用能很好地拟合HolingⅡ型反应模型,其方程为:NA=0.9795N/(1+0.0646N)。
In this study, the functional response of Telenomuseuproctidois, a black egg from the tea poison moth, was studied by in vitro test. The results showed that the parasitism of Euproctis pseudoconspersa eggs of H. gibeli moth under different temperatures accorded with the Holing Ⅱ reaction model. The relationship between search efficiency and temperature can be described by a parabolic equation, that is, y = -8. 8713 + 0.7695x-0.0139x2, while the treatment rate was linearly correlated with the temperature, that is, y = -14.0468 + 1.3146x. The parasitism of the 2nd instar was only good The fitting model of Holing Ⅱ reaction is: NA = 0.9795N / (1 + 0.0646N).
