在60侧成人尸体上观测了斜方肌及其表面皮肤的血供特点和神经分布的规律。斜方肌皮瓣具有部位隐蔽、血管蒂较长等优点,可作为旋转或游离肌皮瓣修复颈部、头皮及身体其他部位的缺损,并在临床上初步应用成功。
