在国家提倡全面健身纲要的背景下,柔韧素质作为身体素质的一个重要组成部分已倍受关注。为探讨提高柔韧性的健身性运动处方对大学生柔韧素质水平的干预效果,本研究采用文献资料法、实验法和数理统计法,对16名大学生体育锻炼行为进行运动处方干预实验,并提出全面促进大学生柔韧素质的合理建议。研究结果显示,力量结合柔韧性练习的运动处方实施8周,对提高大学生柔韧性有一定效果:男女生的柔韧素质均有所提高,男生变化幅度优于女生。
In the context of the national framework for promoting comprehensive fitness, flexible quality as an important part of physical fitness has drawn great attention. In order to explore the intervention effect of flexible fitness exercise prescription on the college students’ level of flexibility and quality, this study uses 16 methods of literature review, experiment and mathematical statistics to conduct sports prescription intervention experiments on 16 college students and proposes a comprehensive promotion Reasonable suggestion for college students’ flexible quality. The results showed that the combination of strength and flexibility exercise exercise prescription for 8 weeks, to improve the flexibility of college students have some effect: boys and girls have improved the quality of flexibility, boys change rate is better than girls.
