65Mn侧垫圈是我厂生产小型发动机上的一个零件,经冷热加工和表面处理后,装入机器,在试机中发生突然脆性断裂,内部的几个心脏零件也遭到严重破坏。通过工艺试验,我们从垫圈的脆化程度、断口形貌以及生产实际情况等诸方面分析了断裂产生的原因,认为断裂的主要原因是回火脆性引起的脆化开裂,最后提出了相应的改进措施和挽救办法。
