今后,沈阳市内的个体工商业户,必须给员工缴纳工伤险了。参保费用均由个体单位缴纳,雇工个人不用自己缴费。这是沈阳市首次将有雇工的个体工商户纳入工伤保险范围。而且,如果雇工单位停止缴纳工伤保险费,或者注销、被吊销营业执照的,其雇工的工伤保险待遇,由雇工单位负责支付。
