小学数学教学有效设计的基本要素往往见仁见智,众说纷纭。我认为小学数学有效教学设计的基本要素大致有四个:你希望你的学生去哪里(教学目标),你的学生现在在哪里(教学起点),怎么到达(教学过程设计),是否到达了(目标达成)。在围绕基本要素进行有效教学设计时,要注意以下几个方面的问题:教学设计以分析学与导的需求为基础,以形成解决学与导问题的方案为目的,是一个系统规划的
