中医医院文化是中医院持续发展的巨大引擎,是现代化医院管理的重要组成部分。优秀的中医医院文化,对内可以凝聚强大的精神力量,提高管理效能,增强团队协作;对外可以树立医院信誉、品牌和良好形象,提高美誉度,从而增强医院的竞争力和持续发展发展能力。中医医院文化是中医院生存和发展的重要战略资源,也是中医院实力和竞争力提升的关键因素之一。因此,加强中医院文化建设,不仅有利于提高医务人员综合素质,构建和谐医患关系,更有利于促进医院的可持续发展。
