The 3rd Flexible Alloy and Process Academic Exchange Conference co-sponsored by China Nonferrous Metals Society, China Institute of Electronics and China Instrument Materials Society was held in Fuyang County, Hangzhou from May 7 to May 12, 1991. A total of 40 units from the national machinery, electronics, aviation, aerospace, energy, weapons, instruments, meters, non-ferrous metallurgy institutions of higher learning, factories and scientific research departments attended the conference.
