国际标准舞是属于一种新型的运动方式,是囊括在舞蹈里面的一种,也是一种将体育与艺术融合在一起具有高审美价值的体育锻炼方式。本文通过以认识国际标准舞为切入点,并对国际标准舞所含括的艺术与体育的融合进行了有效分析。
International standard dance belongs to a new type of exercise, is included in the dance which is also a sport and art will be combined with high aesthetic value of physical exercise. Through the recognition of international standard dance as a starting point, this article analyzes the integration of art and sports included in international standard dance.
