为解决某型飞机导弹火控系统总线传输线路的性能检测问题,提高火控总线传输的可靠性,研制了火控总线检测仪。检测仪通过两块1553B总线接口板分别模拟总线控制器和终端,采用Lab Windows/CVI软件开发平台,基于火控总线消息结构定义、消息包的设置以及双定时器中断控制技术,实现了便于模拟数据包发送接收和比较的双余度总线线路自动检测功能。测试结果表明,该检测仪能够对火控总线传输线路的故障进行有效诊断和定位,且技术先进,性能优越,极大地提高了维修保障效率。
In order to solve the problem of detecting the performance of bus transmission line of a certain type of missile fire control system and improve the reliability of fire control bus transmission, a fire control bus tester was developed. The tester simulates the bus controller and the terminal through two 1553B bus interface boards respectively. The platform is developed by Lab Windows / CVI software. Based on the definition of message structure, message packet and dual timer interrupt control technology, Packet sent to receive and compare the double redundant bus line automatic detection function. The test results show that the detector can effectively diagnose and locate the fault of the transmission line of the fire control bus, and has advanced technology and superior performance, which greatly improves the efficiency of maintenance and guarantee.
