采用扫描电子显微镜和X射线衍射方法,研究添加剂、络合剂和电流密度对锌酸盐镀锌层表面形态和结构的影响.结果表明,添加剂是造成锌沉积层表面形态和结构变化的主要原因;络合剂、添加剂DIE、AA-1、以及两者共存时,锌沉积层表面分别呈现细粒状、片状、蜂窝状和米粒状形态;由于添加剂的存在导致锌沉积物织构系数TC(110)显著提高并影响晶格参数和晶粒尺寸.讨论了上述实验结果.
The effects of additives, complexing agent and current density on the morphology and structure of zincate zinc coating were investigated by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The results show that the additive is the main reason for the change of surface morphology and structure of zinc deposit. When the complexing agent, additive DIE, AA-1, and the two coexist, the surface of zinc deposit presents fine granular, flaky, Grain shape; the texture coefficient TC (110) of zinc deposits is significantly increased due to the additive and affects the lattice parameters and the grain size. The above experimental results are discussed.
