为了加强大采高工作面端头区顶板管理,通过现场注水试验和巷道变形观测,研究了该区域裂隙发育规律,确定了注浆钻孔的深度和最佳注浆区域,并进行了工业性试验。结果表明:注浆孔合理深度为8 m;最佳注浆区域位于工作面前方15~25 m范围内;注浆加固段端头区煤体完整程度得到明显提高,基本没有出现过片帮、冒顶,保证了工作面安全、高效回采;试验段两帮移近量由1 243 mm减小为689 mm,底鼓量由原来的821 mm减小为376 mm,巷道变形量得到有效控制。
In order to strengthen the roof management of the head mining area in the big mining face, the law of the fracture development in this area was studied through the field water injection test and the deformation observation of the roadway, the depth of grouting drilling and the optimum grouting area were determined, and the industrial test. The results show that the reasonable depth of grouting hole is 8 m and the best grouting zone is located in the range of 15-25 m in front of the working face. The complete degree of coal body in the end zone of grouting and reinforcement section is obviously improved, In the test section, the amount of the two bosses moved down from 1 243 mm to 689 mm, the bottom drum volume reduced from 821 mm to 376 mm, and the deformation of the roadway was effectively controlled.
