热轧00Cr17Ni13Mo2热轧管的成材率较低,总的内折废品率达17.83%,比1Cr18Ni9Ti高14.5%。内折产生在管子前端0.2~1米处,呈大片状。采用较低的加热温度和较小的变形速度可改善这种低塑性不锈钢的内表面质量。内折废品率随Cr当量/Ni当量和α-相级别的增加而增加。因此,适当控制Cr与Ni当量比,设法降低管坯α-相级别是非常必要的。工具的好坏,特别是钼顶头的质量,也是提高这种管子质量的因素之一,必须适当注意。
Hot rolled 00Cr17Ni13Mo2 HRC finished steel lower yield, the total rate of inflight scrap 17.83%, 14.5% higher than 1Cr18Ni9Ti.
