随着高等院校的扩招,在国民整体素质提高的同时也带来了一定的负面影响,尤其是学生实践能力与市场需求脱节的问题。高等院校实践教学基地是培养适应市场经济和掌握技术、适应科学技术发展的新型人才的重要途径。初步探讨了实践基地建设和管理需要考虑的若干问题及解决方法,并提出了初步的校外实践基地评价指标体系。 With the enrollment expansion of higher education institutions, the improvement of the overall quality of the citizens brings about some negative effects, especially the problem of students’ practical ability being out of step with the market demand. The practice teaching base in colleges and universities is an important way to cultivate a new type of talented people who adapt to the market economy, master the technology and adapt to the development of science and technology. Some problems and solutions that need to be considered in construction and management of practice base are discussed preliminarily, and the evaluation index system of initial practice base is put forward.
