本文就企业核心能力的理论进行了研究,结合移动通信企业的实际情况,提出了评价移动通信企业的核心竞争能力指标,并在此基础上提出了提升移动通信企业核心能力的措施。
This paper studies the theory of enterprise’s core competence, and puts forward the index to evaluate the core competitiveness of mobile communication enterprises based on the actual situation of mobile communication enterprises. On this basis, it puts forward measures to enhance the core competence of mobile communication enterprises.
