本文通过闭式汽环试验,阐述了运用离心压缩机“全可控涡”设计方法和计算机软件,自行设计的BFS150×0离心制冷压缩机二个模型级的气体动力特征试验研究,同时对叶轮出口流场和各固定元件的流动损失进行了初步评定。试验结果证明,两个模型级的设计是成功的,还表明BFS150×0离心制冷压缩机具有高效、节能的显著特点。
In this paper, two models of gas dynamic characteristics of BFS150 × 0 centrifugal refrigeration compressor designed by ourselves are described by means of closed-type steam ring test and design method of “fully controllable vortex” of centrifugal compressor and computer software. At the same time, Outlet flow field and the fixed components of the loss of a preliminary assessment. Test results show that the two model-level design is successful, but also shows that BFS150 × 0 centrifugal refrigeration compressor with high efficiency, energy-saving features.
