为了研究复合酶辅助乙醇浸提积雪草中积雪草苷的工艺,试验采用Box-Behnken试验设计和响应面法研究了酶解时间、复合酶用量、酶解p H值及酶解温度对积雪草苷得率的影响。结果表明:最佳酶解提取工艺条件为酶解时间59 min、复合酶用量2.6 mg/g、酶解p H值5.0、酶解温度44℃。在该条件下,积雪草苷得率达到5.25 mg/g,与理论预测值(5.23 mg/g)的相对误差仅为0.38%。说明优化的工艺稳定、可行,可在生产中应用推广。
In order to study the technology of enzyme-assisted ethanol extraction of asiaticoside in Centella asiatica, the Box-Behnken experimental design and response surface methodology were used to study the effects of enzymolysis time, enzyme dosage, enzymatic hydrolysis p H value Effect of asiaticoside yield.
