将吉林生晒参、红参与高丽红参用乙醚浸泡,其浸出物进行水蒸汽蒸馏,蒸馏液用乙醚萃取,萃取液回收乙醚得一黄色油状物,气味特异芳香。将该油状物应用色谱—质谱—计算机联用仪分离鉴定,从吉林生晒参中分离鉴定出24个化合物;从吉林红参中分离鉴定出23种化合物;从高丽红参中分离鉴定出29种化合物。用气相色谱图测得每个化合物的峰面积,以全部峰面积之和作为100%,则每个化合物峰面积与总面积之比值,即为该化合物在挥发油中的相对含量。
Jilin raw ginseng and red are used to soak korea red ginseng with ether, and its leachate is subjected to steam distillation. The distillate is extracted with diethyl ether.
