省人民政府同意省建委、省体委《关于搞好城镇体育场地规划建设和管理的报告》,现印发你们,请研究执行。体育场地在城市规划中占有重要地位,各地在制订市镇的总体规划时,应当根据体育事业发展的需要,将体育场地预留出来,以免将来临时规划建设陷入被动。否则,后人是不会谅解我们的。当然,体育场地建设的时间及规模,应当根据我们的经济水平来确定,不可脱离现实条件而要求过高过急。
