一、前言自Mundt和Hughes于1956年首次把超声波应用于眼科以来,许多学者在眼科超声波诊断技术的临床应用上作出了显著的贡献。超声波已经广泛应用于眼科,在诊断眼和眼眶疾病中发挥极大怍用。目前已应用于:1.视网膜脱离(尤其屈光间质混浊时)的诊断。2.眼内及球后肿瘤性质大小的测定,眼球突出原因之鉴别。3.眼外伤、眼内及眶内异物之探测和定位。4.玻璃体腔内异常内容、容积、形状变化之了解。5。青光眼有关解剖变化的研究。6.视网膜周围增殖情况之诊断。7.视轴及屈光成份的测定等。
I. INTRODUCTION Since Mundt and Hughes first applied ultrasound to ophthalmology in 1956, many scholars have made significant contributions to the clinical application of ophthalmic ultrasonic diagnostic techniques. Ultrasound has been widely used in ophthalmology, in the diagnosis of eye and orbital diseases play a great role. Has been applied to: 1. Retinal detachment (especially when the refractive media turbidity) diagnosis. 2. Intraocular and the size of the ball after the tumor determination, the reasons for the distinguished eyeball. 3. Eye injury, intraocular and intraorbital foreign body detection and positioning. 4. Vitreous cavity abnormal content, volume, shape change understanding. 5. Study on anatomic changes in glaucoma. 6. Diagnosis of proliferation around the retina. 7. Boresight and refractive component determination.
